Why us?
Where to start
1
Determining the basis
A specialist conducts a consultation, analyzes the client's personal situation, and helps determine the most suitable basis for obtaining Croatian citizenship: by origin, marriage, naturalization, or belonging to the Croatian people.
2
Preparation of the dossier
A complete package of documents is compiled, including certificates, references, and confirmations. Lawyers compile the applicant's biography in Croatian and prepare the application forms. All foreign documents are apostilled, translated by sworn translators, and notarized.
3
Personal submission of the application
The client personally submits the collected package of documents to the Croatian consulate or embassy at their place of residence or to a police station in Croatia. Specialists coordinate the process and help prepare for the submission.
4
Obtaining a passport
After reviewing the application, the Croatian Ministry of the Interior issues a decision on admission to citizenship. Based on this decision, a Domovnica (extract from the register of citizens), a birth certificate, and a passport are issued. Lawyers accompany the client until all final documents are received.

Stories from our clients
Thanks to the lawyers, I was confident that I had made no mistakes when requesting a resident card. I could have tried to do everything myself, but I didn’t risk it.

Reviews of permanent residence
It's good that I decided to submit direct here, and did not apply for citizenship by myself. Regarding the result, everything is great, I didn’t spend a lot of money, but I got the result quickly. There is also a bonus as citizenship for the child.

Citizenship Reviews
My experience of cooperation with Immigrantinlaw is positive. Lawyers even restored a document that had long been lost and was absolutely necessary. The process of obtaining citizenship is at the finish line.
